We don't squeeze 5+ students into what is basically a modified 2/3 bedroom house

Energy efficiency is important to us, that is why our properties are well insulated and fitted with double glazing where possible to help achieve efficiency and importantly lower energy costs.
We use a straightforward, DSU approved contract with no hidden catches. Our tenancy agreement can be viewed here. Have a look and make sure you're happy - feel free to have it checked by the DSU.
Our tenancy agreements are Joint and Several. This means that all the tenants are equally liable for the full rent of the property. The consequence of this is that if a tenant moves out, the remaining tenants must pay the rent of the person who left.
We require a security deposit to be paid at the time of exchange of the lease. This is in order to cover against any damage to the property during your tenancy. All deposits are fully protected by My Deposits Ltd, a Government Approved Deposit scheme. Once your deposit has been registered you will receive confirmation in the form of a Deposit Certificate. Your deposit will be repaid, less any necessary deductions, shortly after the end of your tenancy. We endeavour to return your deposit in full and we give you all the help needed to do so.
Your safety is paramount and as such all our properties comply with all gas and electrical safety requirements and legislation as well as the DSU safety standards. All our houses have a current gas certificate, a NICEIC (electrical) certificate, smoke detectors and burglar alarms.
If you should have a problem you can call us direct at any time. We have a dedicated team who are available to deal with any situations that may arise and we pride ourselves on our quick responses.
